Heyla, I'm sure it's on there already, but I definitely recommend Stealing Harry (http://oojahs.snoo.org/stealingharry/stealingharry.htm), an AU by copperbadge, and also the shoebox_project -- their Sirius is the absolute *best*, and although I'm not too fond of their Remus (he's obviously movie-based, which I don't care for) your mileage, as they say, may vary. :)

At any rate, I figure that since those were the only SB/RL stories I've ever been able to tolerate, that means they're pretty darn good. :)

The Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter series is a good fix for your vampire needs. =) Amazing books by Laurell K. Hamilton.
