hi everyone. this is my 3rd (?) i think? year here --- i've been able to grant wishes in the past and i've really enjoyed it. so im looking forward to this year's giving, however small it might be because this year i am disabled and living on a very fixed income -- not being able to work and being down with mono has been a real problem. but i'll do the best i can. :D


my wishes for 2008 -

1. anything off of my amazon.com wishlist - it's expansive -- but really, anything. its mostly books anyway (im an aspiring urban fantasy writer, so... it's research)

2. Doctor Who Series 4 or House Season 4 on DVD - these are my favourite shows ever. the price of them however varies from place to place.

3. anything off my wishlist at WhoNa.com (doctor who website,yes im a nerd)

4. a donation to your local Humane Society in my cat's name :D (he's still alive, but still. it would make him feel special :D ) but really -- a bag of food, money, etc -- anything for those pets who don't have families.

5. gift cards to Old Navy, iTunes, or Bath and Body Works. i love all three places.

6. STARBUCKS GIFT CARD! i love coffee but only get to have it once in awhile when i have a little extra -- so starbucks would be the ultimate. :D

7. anything and everything or whatever to do with London/England. i'm English and love anything to do with it. (especially if you'd like to SEND ME THERE??? i'd looooove that,heh)

8. donation to NAMI. people with mental illnesses need help too.

9. if you have a grandparent still living -- please -- spend time with them, hug them! i miss mine terribly.

10. cards are nice -- specially when you live on your own. email me for addy. :D

now to take a peek around and see what i can do for any of you. :D

I'm afraid I can't really help with any of the wishes, but I offer my best wishes for your health, for Disability to come through (if that's an issue), and for your aspirations as a writer in that genre!

i have #9covered. my grandma was my best friend. she wasn't like other grandmothers, and when i read your request i nearly started crying. i try to spend time with my grandparents everyday!

:D thank you SO SO SO much for hugging your grandparents. i loved my grandmother SO much -- we were inseperable -- and she died and i didn't even get to say goodbye. she's been dead nine years and it still hurts more than anything -- im actually tearing up right now...

My grandmother just died a couple of days ago but when she was here. I loved her and spent time with her as much as I can.
