Hi, everyone! My name is Rebecca, and I'm 16 years old. This is my third year participating in the community, and I'm having so much fun granting as many wishes as I can.

My list this year isn't much, but I'd appreciate anything you guys have to give or recommend. Thank you! :)

1. LJ Userpic Space - My add-on for userpics just ran out, like, yesterday. And me, I'm kind of an icon packrat. The amount of time is irrelevant to me -- two months, six months, a year, doesn't matter. But new icon space would be greatly appreciated.

2. iTunes gift certificates - These are available to send by e-mail. If you go into your iTunes store homepage, under the "Quick Links" sidebar on the right, there is a link to "Buy iTunes Gifts". I would never ask for a massive dollar amount -- the smallest amount is sufficient for me -- but my account is just about empty, and I'd love to replenish it. You can leave a comment or PM me for my info and where to send it, if you choose to do so.

3. Recommendations for music, movies, and books - This is something I've asked for every year, and each time, I get a ton of great suggestions. I will try anything, so you can recommend whatever you think I should check out.

4. New LJ friends - Again, I ask for this every year and have ended up meeting some great people. Check out my userinfo to see if we have any common interests.

5. A link to your wishlist - I definitely wanna check out what you're asking for, too, if you've taken the time to look at my wishes. :)

Thank you in advance for any and all gifts, and have a wonderful holiday! ♥

Hello :]

I have some music recommendations for you. I'm not too sure what kind of music you like, but check out the following and maybe you'll find something new that you'll like:

Nethers: http://www.myspace.com/nethers (in my opinion, each one of their songs is solid gold-- Hung Herself in a Bird Cage is what got me into them)

Man Man: http://www.myspace.com/wearemanman (I love these guys, and their songs are such FUN. besides the songs on their page, listen to Black Mission Goggles and try not to crack a smile: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TLKC99cFhPk)

Sedan: http://www.myspace.com/sedansedan (Very nice piano and drums music. I love their stuff, but my favorite is Pig Feathers which I can't seem to find online. If you enjoy the stuff on their myspace and want to hear Pig Feathers, then let me know, and I'll get it uploaded for you)

The Bubonic Plague: http://www.myspace.com/thebubonicplague (If you're into lo-fi, basement music, then you'd love this. The best on their myspace page is Bad Moods, imo. but they have better stuff on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_JHJ6MmayX8 and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vNcIEMXIINA&feature=related)

Patience and Prudence: http://www.myspace.com/patienceandprudence3215 (very sweet stuff!)

The Chameleons: http://www.myspace.com/thechameleons (classic dreamy post-punk-- their best works are Swamp Thing, Second Skin, and Paper Tigers: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NUp-KFovzWI)

Klaus Nomi: Total Eclipse-- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yuSrsGzhD9U&feature=related and The Cold Song-- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C_A6IR58Htg (Not exactly a recommendation, but rather something novel to listen to. Surreal but intriguing, and well... it's pretty amazing, the things he could do with his voice. Plus, he worked with David Bowie)

Indian Jewelry: http://www.myspace.com/indianjewelry (grimy, feedback-sprayed music, but it's fun and somewhat hypnotizing)

and if you haven't listened to Portishead yet, then you're missing out. Chances are you already do listen to them, but if not... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N4QdURax840

and as for movies, here are some that I've watched and loved:

Last Life in the Universe: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qObuMyu3NHQ&feature=related

The Man Who Wasn't There: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xUoRUdjn_Qg

Léon the Professional: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0110413/ (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dc1KzpMnuX0&feature=related)
I normally despise crime/action films, but this one had a nice story to it (plus, I couldn't resist young Natalie Portman's charm)

and I'll end my rambling now :]
If you get the chance, let me know what you liked.

Happy Holidays!

2. I can send you an itunes gift certificate, just wait until I get my paycheck then I can send you one

3.
Music- I totally recommend anything by Bethany Joy, if you want her music, I have I think most of her stuff, I just think she has an amazing voice

Movies- I like Ten Inch Hero, which I found surprisingly good, oh if you like thrillers, Derailed is awesome- I think Jennifer Aniston did an amazing job in this movie, also a little known thriller Sympathy, but it's so awesome, it has 3 very little known actors, but it's such a great thriller, you seriously don't want to get up after you watch it, and if you haven't watched it, I totally recommend the original Cutting Edge with Moira Kelly, I adore that movie and I just think the original is so much better than the sequels

books- I don't really have any book recommendations, currently I'm reading Marley and Me and I totally love it

4. I added you, I'm Gracie by the way
