hello. my name is esther and i live in northern va, outside of washington dc. i've never done this before, but i love giving and i love getting... so why not? :)

without further ado... my wish list!

one. i have constantly drying skin. i've seen a dermatologist and everything, and nothing cures. something helps: aveeno skin relief moisturizing lotion with cooling menthol. dark navy blue label with a yellow highlight.

two. i like to knit. i keep losing needles because i have no way to keep them all in one place. i'd love a knitting needle keeping case type thing. if i could imagine up my dream one, it'd be made out of a nice quilted pattern with purple.

three. make www.searchkindly.org your homepage. use it to search instead of google or whatever your choice engine is. at least give it a try. and read about it. it's really an amazing concept that does amazing things.

four. instructions on how to get a dtv box (or to own my own dtv box). seriously, i must be stupid or something. i watch those commercials and they keep talking about how i need one to watch tv in february and beyond, but maybe it's the constant static from my bunny ear anntenae, but i just can't figure it out.

five. ::blushes:: star wars movies 1, 2, 3. you know, the newer ones with natalie portman as padme... don't tell me they are horrible, but if you think they are, hey, send me your copy(ies)!

six. lights for my bike. you know, the kind that lets you ride at night. i can install them and everything, i just need them. i have a 2008 mongoose crossway, if size or type of bike matters. seriously, can you tell i just picked up this hobby? :)

seven. mix cds. you pick the songs, you burn them, you mail them with a list of what songs they are (artist and song). i do like classical music, top 40's, alternative, indie, rock (not the hard stuff, the rock stuff).

eight. gift cards. to any craft place, food place, or anythings place ... it could be 5 dollars or even 57 cents. have a bunch that have bits of change on them? i'll take 'em!

nine. okay. so, my company had this holiday party, and one of the gifts on the table was wrapped in the most amazing box i have ever seen in my life. i did some research and they are just as brilliant on the website. i want one. so badly. seriously. check out the boxes at Nonnie Waller's Traditional Southern. my favorites: azure holiday truffles and flowers, woodland Nites, and Viola. Seriously, you can eat the cake and the truffles and just send the box!

if you would like i can give you a VHS copy of Episode I and burnt dvds of the double disc versions of Episodes II and III. I have two copies of Episode I on VHS but i have the rest burnt onto DVD when a friend of mine bought the big expensive box set. he just lost his copy of Episode I for the box set before i ever got around to convincing him to let me borrow it for a night to rip and burn them.
