I am a student in Nebraska; I'm rather exited over this whole idea, it's really lovely. One of my friends is having her things sent to my house and upon having one arrived, I mustered up the energy to write this.

Dear Santa (Or livejournal, if you prefer :P),

I've been... moderately good this year. I'd like...

1. Books. I love books, pretty much all books. If you have books with slash, that'd be amazing (Actually, look down for my amazon list, as that's all it has on it, lol.) Old books are fine, I love classics and I'm not terribly concerned with condition. As long as I can read it, I'm cool with it.

2. Music. I love listening to music, all types and styles. If you have Beatles CDs around I'll be forever indebted to you, I swear. *Is a huge nerd* Mixtapes or CDs, doesn't really matter, I'll love it anyways.

3. A laptop? I know this is a ridiculous request, terribly expensive, but I lack one and everyone seems to have one *sighs*. I find myself oo broke to afford one. My current computer is... shall be say, a bit slow. It doesn't have to be fancy, as long as it runs alright. Used would be great. Honestly, I'd be so happy, I can't even explain.

4. Fanfiction or Original stories. I'm a hug fangirl for fanfiction, if anyone's willing to take requests, I'll happily blabber on with ideas and things. I read for a great deal of fandoms, both Anime and Books. I love slash, as evidenced by the books request.

5. Headphones? The ones I have hurt if I use them for more than a few minutes, so if anyone has those cool squishy soft ones, that'd be great. I love to use them, but my ears cannot take it.

6. Amazon wishlist, aka all the slashy books I really want.


7. Drawings! I love drawing, but I'm afraid I don't have the talent of some people. If anyone is willing to draw be pictures... slashy pictures? *puppy-dog-eyes* Any pictures really, I shall hang them on my walls and beam. Or icons or things? Any drawing-ish things. If you'd like details, don't be afraid to ask.

8. Chucks. I'm not a big shoe person, but you can never have enough chucks. Ever. Especially neon Chucks. The more obnoxious the better. Really. I wear a size 8.5 in girls. The chucks I have now are 7 in mens and they're a bit big, but chuck sizes are funny anyways. Used is fine, as long as they aren't actually falling to pieces. Or really gross, I suppose.

9. Letters or emails. I think it would be really cool to get letters from all around the world, or even just livejournal friends. I'm a fairly friendly type. I hope I'm not too annoying, so feel free to send snail mail or just an email, I respond fairly quickly... because I am always at the computer.

10. Cool stuff. I don't travel much, or really at all and Nebraska isn't the most interesting place. Pictures or just random things lying around are sure to entertain me endlessly. Take a picture of your town or send a cool rock you found. I like surprises and I'll be happy with just about anything.

Just comment on my journal and I'll give you my address. I'd give my email, but I don't check it enough to be reliable. I should respond quick.

I read a lot... *ponders* I mainly read Harry Potter nowadays, but I've read in Inuyasha (Older!Rin/Sesshoumaru), Yu Yu Hakusho (Mainly Hiei/Kurama), FMA (Roy/Ed), Firefly, Gravitation, Naruto, Tsubasa, Rurouni Kenshin, Trigun, and more that I can't remember, I suppose...

I'm pretty open on pairings and fandoms, just have fun with it.

You might check out my friend threering's comm, threerings_rec, for fanfic. She reads a lot of fanfic, and wades through the crap so you don't have to.
