Ho ho ho! I'm Eloisa, I live in Firenze (Italy) and work as assistant for a group of university researchers.
This is my third year participating to "Holiday Wishes", and here's my list:
one . Mac fonts, I switched to Mac and am craving for some cool fonts;
two . a copy of Circus Ponies - Notebook 3;
three . anything from Benefit cosmetics, I especially love Benetint and Oh La Lift;
four . handwritten grocery lists for my collection;
five . Filofax refills for my Metropol Personal organizer;
six . vintage tin boxes;
seven . Coney Island pictures or postcards;
eight . anything written by Jan Harold Brunvand;
nine . music recommendations, I listen to most rock (alternative, classic) and world music (mostly Brazilian);
ten . tips for Mac switchers.

http://www.dafont.com/ has loads of wacky fonts for Mac, most of them free. I've used tons!

Here are some recommendations. I've included YouTube links as examples so you can get an idea for their work.

Ceann Blame the Viking (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ms2oCJ5IkpA) is a favourite of mine. The "stroke" part at the beginning is a bit...interesting the first time, but it's a fun song.

Great Big Sea Ordinary Day (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6AvkyHCU7XU) is a well-known song of theirs.

Guster Medicine (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZGFj6tZj9FY) If you like the sound, look up the live version video. I saw these guys live a couple years ago and I'd never seen anybody play the drums that way before.

Sinsemilia Tout le Bonheur du Monde (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z1H_UxE60xE) I'm not sure if this would be for you, but I love this song.

The Wallflowers Sleepwalker (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=evllAAUT6LU)

Also, you may know them already, but I like Banda Eva, especially Tic Tic Tac (http://www.last.fm/music/Banda+Eva/_/Tic,+tic,+tac).

The newer Macs use TTF files for fonts, so anything with the .ttf ending will work.

I have a mac filled with fonts (or rather was filled with fonts till my computer crashed, but I still have quite a lot. email me at sariah8 at gmail dot com and let me know what types of fonts you like and I can send you a bunch.

Although you might have to school me on how to send them, since I've never done that before...would it be the same as attaching a regular file?
