Dec. 6th, 2004 05:08 pmWhat the heck. Everyone else is doing it. Baa.
1. A freshwater aquarium, with the filter and all of that stuff already built
in. 10-20 gallons or so. Also a book that tells me how to use it for fish
purposes.
2. No more terrorist attacks against the U.S., our friends, or allies.
3. Three tires for my '97 Toyota Corolla (front both sides, and rear right
side).
4. An eighth day every week that exists outside the space/time continuum as we
know it, allowing everyone twenty-four hours to catch up with whatever they want
to do but can't inside the confines of the ordinary seven-day week. I'd be good
with having it between Sunday and Monday, but I'm flexible on that.
5. A set of three heads for the Norelco ReflexPlus electric shaver (HQ55+).
6. An electronic thermometer/weather station thingie so I can tell how cold it
is outside without having to check weather.com.
7. An LJ icon that I can use for my Diplomacy posts. Or some way to make one
myself.
8. My girlfriend to get a new job that she enjoys, that doesn't stress her out,
that's closer to where she lives, that pays well, and that allows her to quit
her other two jobs.
9. The Achewood beer glass.
10. A party where all of my friends, from high school, college, grad school,
jobs, and all the other areas of my life get together in the same house or set
of rooms and all interact socially, so in one night I can see all the people I
enjoy spending time with all at once, and drift from group to group, and watch
new associations forming between people who are only connected through me and
had never met before.
There! No more meme guilt. Send email to bauerjs02 @ hotmail . com for contact
info if needed.

Date: 2004-12-07 08:50 pm (UTC)That probably makes no sense at all, but I'm completely lousy at describing graphic things verbally. Anyway, if that's something you can work with, I really appreciate it!

If these aren't gonna work, let me know!

Date: 2004-12-08 12:42 am (UTC)I'll be happy to give you credit in my keywords as soon as, erm, you explain what that means in words of one syllable or less? I'm a complete dope about LJ stuff so I'm not actually sure what a "keyword" is or how to put your name in there. But I'll gladly do so as soon as I figure it out!
Also, if you have a wish list kicking around somewhere, please point me to it so I can see if I can return the favor.

Date: 2004-12-08 04:04 am (UTC)Basically, when you put the keywords on your icon so you can use it on LJ, there should be a box that says "Comments" and in that you'd type "by das_hydra". Or you can just stick a post in your journal that says I made the icon. Either way, I know it seems stupid to ask for credit.
As for my list, it's here.
Enjoy!
