To youarethemusic, thank you so much for the magnificent icon! First opportunity I get, I'm seeing the movie! (And I loved it so much that I went and gave Erik some more hugz!)



I've been surfing the wishlists, and a lot of you have put down "world peace", even though some of you think it's a bit big as far as wishes go. It got me to thinking...

Maybe it's not as farfetched as you might think. Just look at this place, and how it's been bringing people together. I don't even know how many members this place has, or how many wishes have been granted already, but I know for a fact that, in both cases, it's several. I couldn't have imagined such a thing. Just from this community, people worldwide are being brought together for something other than war and destruction. The whole spirit of this place is one of mutual friendship and generosity. I don't know about the rest of you, but I find that impressive and admirable. I'm glad to be a part of it.

Perhaps the planet needs more things like this. Maybe, just maybe, world peace isn't such a difficult wish to grant.
