Nov. 13th, 2005 06:01 pmWell, here's my wishlist :)
Oh, if there's anyone out there who has 'stuff from england' or international coins or similar on their wishlist email me and i can help you :)
My Wishlist!
1. unlikely big wish - i need a photo quality printer and a high resolution scanner (or a plain old scanner), so i can start trying to set up a website selling artwork.
2. any clothing or fabric with big, bold prints like polka dots, leopard print, zepra print or neon colours.
3. Any form of theatrical makeup (a bruise wheel would be particulary good), or any brightely coloured makeup, or rhinestones or cool stickers to put on my face. I don't care if it's been used or anything, as long as it's not disgusting or anything :P
4. Something you've made! Be it homemade cookies, a painting of something i like, homemade jewellery, anything at all! Or any surprises!
5. Unlikely, but i'd love The long out of print Adam and Joe book.
6. any art supplies, unless of course they're no longer useable.
7. Any American candy, though my favourites are nerds, reeses pieces and jolly ranchers. Or else any funky sweets from anywhere but England.
8. Any interesting looking socks, stockings or tights.
9. A rat hammock or any nice toys or treats for my 2 pet rats.
10. I'm desperate for an extremely long scarf, like as long as physically possible!
Thank you all very much for reading, and i hope i can grant some of your wishes.
This has been a difficult year, my mum's boyfriend left her just after we had moved to a much more expensive house, so now she has to deal with the mortgage by herself. So i'm a bit broke :/ This community is so lovely!
If you think you can grant one of mine my email address is Queen-cry-baby@hotmail.com
Thank you all so much!

Date: 2005-11-13 07:47 pm (UTC)Not sure it will grant a wish, but just trying to help.
Date: 2005-11-13 08:11 pm (UTC)I noticed that you needed rat stuff. I have a community that I just started a couple of weeks ago, for people who need pet supplies. You may join if you like. People are either giving stuff away, or looking for people who are willing to buy, trade, or sell them. If you post there, saying what you're looking for, someone there might be able to help you out at some point. Again, I'm not trying to spam you, I'm just trying to help. I've been accused of spamming, but that's not what I'm trying to do at all. I'm just trying to help people out. If you'd like to join, the community is http://www.livejournal.com/community/pet_supplies
Best Wishes,
Dawnielle

Date: 2005-11-16 04:29 am (UTC)And I do want "something from England" if you feel like sending me anything-- tea, for one (loose leaf, if possible; anything that's not fruity), or anything neat and British that you might have or think of. I spent two weeks there, and it was lovely, so I envy you people who get to live there all the time. :) Any chance you're near Dover? I lost all the photos I took there, and it was my favorite (favourite!) place out of the whole tour... :) Or pictures of wherever you live, if it's not around there, would be awesome. :)

Date: 2005-11-18 04:28 am (UTC)Mmm, London. Man oh man, I'd like to live there, too. :) Not quite the scenic value of Dover, but there were definite compensations!
