Dec. 5th, 2005 09:29 pmMy Wishlist for Holiday Wishes
Hi. In less than a week, I will be graduating college, moving across the country and planning on persuing my dream as a professional theatrical singer (musical theater/opera). I am 22 years old, in a serious relationship, and the owner of three cats.
1. Motivation to lose weight. I'm not exactly sure what falls in this category, but I need to lose weight, for health, but for auditions (headshots, image) I need to lose even more than that (don't worry, I'm not trying to be anorexic in appearance!). Anything positive in reinforcement, because motivation seems to be a weakness for me, no matter how much I *want* it. I own an exercise bike and know a lot about nutrition already.
2. Gift cards to : Target, Old Navy, Kohls, Filenes, Sephora - rewards for losing weight, indulging in the clothes for a new look that I've been striving for in the future.
3. Gift cards to : Bed Bath and Beyond, Linens and Things, WalMart - I'm moving and eventually trying to get an apartment in New York with my boyfriend. I've been in white boring apartments for the past four years, and I would love to decorate and have an actual *home* that was akin to my life.
4. Any BOOKS from my Amazon Wishlist. I am trying to learn more about my own spiritual path as well as all others, and catch up on novels I have always wanted to read but never had the time.
5. Some very elegant, vintage looking bookmark. I read and just dogear my pages, which I really shouldn't.
6. Chandelier earrings, any design, with silver or black metal (no gold).
7. Cat toys. I have three little psychos who have been my family when I needed one most. They love things that dangle or they can chase/play hockey with.
8. Gift cards to: Victorias Secret, Fredericks of Hollywood, any online lingerie boutiques. I have a boyfriend. I will marry him someday, and well, he can get a gift too :-D. They say men are visual...
9. *Changed*Anything celtic. Any item, candles, paper, figures, etc. (Preferably non Christian oriented though)
10. Good luck quotes as motivation for professional success. No religious context, please.
I will send a thank you card in response with surprises!
Thank you to anyone for even reading this!

well this was motivation for me & it's a great group of people. I know you already have joined diet groups and support but if you havn't already joined this one it's great. It keeps track for your weight and even takes count of your calories and gives you suggestions on what to eat. It's amazing. It just has a lot of people giving support & people who would love to give you motivation EVERYDAY.
I just thought that it would be great for someone trying to lose weight. It really works.

I hope that isnt related to religion anyway. :/

Expect a thank-you card!
