Xmas wish list :)

I made one of these last year and got some very nice presents and was able to grant some wishes on other people's lists as well :) Here is my list this year, if you have a list, leave me a coment with a link to it ;)

1. Christmast cards/post cards
2. Icons for my LJ (only have 39 out of 100 :P lol)
3. A donation to any organization that helps animals
4. Old books, any kind (would specially love Anne Rice or Laurell K. Hamilton books)
5. Burnt Cds or MP3s CDs (I have dial up, so downlading a song sometimes takes hours :( I love just about any kind of music :)
6. A coffe mug that has something witty or funny or cute
7. Giftcards to Petco, Petsmart or any online pet supply store (my cats, snake, tarantulas, fish and rats will be very thankful :)
8. A slashy drabble of any rating with a LOTR or HP pairing
9. A new cool layout for my LJ (I screwed up my other layout and can't get it back up again and don't have the time to make one my self :(
10. Candles of any shape, smell or size

Your icon is very upsetting, however, I agree. I'm the owner of three adopted cats, two who were unwanted and one who was a stray. They're my family and my hugs when I have no one, since I currently live alone. I can't really make icons, other than to shrink pictures to 100x100, but here are some things I've "found" over the years, and kept for myself. Also, if you want to find more icons, just search "icon" in the interests tab and find community after community filled with them and who made them. These arn't mine, I have no idea who *really* created them.

(However, I actually did make these first two!)

As far as #8 goes, i have one for you. It's slashy but i don't really know if it's drabble. It actually is a well written story with a believable plot behind it, it's really good. It's called Gold Tinted Spectacles. It's on www.schnoogle.com and the author's name is Beren. Hope you like it.

I find it interesting that it's usually "litterers" who are most critical of shelters that aren't no-kill and bemoan the fact that all the no-kill shelters are too full to take their animals. Way to just add to the problem, people. ;p
